singing together

Frome Voices is a community-based choir, open to all singers, with or without choral experience. We enjoy the challenge of learning and performing music to a high standard, whilst having some fun and making new friends along the way.

SPRING CONCERT 2025

Frome Voices returns to the Cheese and Grain on Sunday 23rd March with a performance of the Armed Man: A Mass for Peace by Sir Karl Jenkins, featuring professional soloists and orchestra.

The performance featuring works by British composers will also include Michael Tippett’s spirituals from his oratorio A Child of our Time and a selection of songs by Edward Elgar. Vaughan Williams evocative orchestral piece The Lark Ascending will complete the programme.

The performance begins at 7.30pm.

For more information about joining as a singer in our 2025 spring concert, please go to the Rehearsals page.

Please note that the deadline for current subscriptions has now ended.

'Last night was a triumph – well done!! Everyone I spoke to was bowled over by the achievement of blending all those components together so successfully in only a few rehearsals. I just love the community spirit it evoked.'
